At Aegis Care and Staff Services, we are dedicated to empowering young people aged 16 and over as they transition towards independent living. Our semi-independent living provisions are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can develop the life skills they need to build a successful and self-sufficient future.
We recruit passionate and experienced individuals who are equipped with transferable skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young people’s lives. Our staff work closely with residents to provide guidance, mentorship, and practical support, helping them navigate challenges and embrace opportunities as they prepare for adulthood.
Whether it’s teaching essential skills like budgeting and cooking, offering emotional support, or helping young people access education and employment, our team is committed to fostering independence and building confidence.
